Florida is widely recognized as a top winter vacation destination, but here at The Hideaway, we’re focused on building summer family camping reservations for this summer. We are within 30 minutes of many Coastal Towns and Natural Springs. To help boost summer reservations, we are introducing a Summer Concert Series & Movie Nights running June through August. To support this effort, we are currently hiring for the 2025 Summer Season.​

Team Member 1's Camp Host Duties Include:

• Create and Manage Reservations on CampLife Software

• Check Guests In & Out

• Customer Service

• Office & General Store Operation

Team Member 2's Camp Host Duties Include:

• Show Campers to Their Sites

• Clean & Prepare Campsites

• Trash Removal

• Groundskeeping

• Firewood Stacking

• Light Duty Maintenance

• Pool Operation

• Campground Rule Enforcement

Hours of Duty:

• Two 7-hour days per week (Valued at $14 per hour)

• Alternating Thursday/Friday or Saturday/Sunday shifts

• Both camp hosts will be on consecutive schedules with their partner 

 

In Exchange For:

• A Premium Full Hook-Up RV Site (including water, sewer, trash, electric & limited WiFi, Valued at $1,400 per month)

• Private Laundry For The Sole Use Of Campground Staff (Valued at $60 per month)

• Free Personal Use Of Ice Machine (Valued at $40 per month)

• Four Complimentary Nights for Visiting Family or Friends (Valued at $260)

• $600 Bonus at the completion of the contract

Our summer schedule is divided into two terms:

• Term 1: May 1 to July 31, 2025

• Term 2: August 1 to October 31, 2025
